Kandji Deployment

 
To deploy Lumia proxy definitions to macOS endpoints with Kandji, you need to create two Library items: one for the certificate and one for the Lumia proxy installer.

The Kandji Certificate Library

Your Lumia tenant certificate file, lumia_[Organization Name].cer, was provided to you by Lumia (usually available in your download folder on Lumia’s website).
 
  • To add a Kandji Certificate Library, go to Library → Add Library Item, then select Certificate (under Profile)

  • Click on Add and configure.
    Set a title (Lumia Certificate, for example), Assignment to the Lumia test group, and select PKCS #1 under Certificate Type, and upload the .cer certificate file.

The Custom Apps Library

Your Lumia tenant .pkg file, lumia_[Organization Name].pkg, was provided to you by Lumia (usually available in your download folder on Lumia’s website).
 
  • To add a Kandji Custom App, go to Library → Add Library Item, then select Custom App

  • Set a title (for example, Lumia Installer), Assignment to the Lumia test group, then select Install once per device under Installation.
 
Lumia will now be deployed to the selected endpoints. Enjoy!
