The AWS CLI tools are used to communicate with Bedrock and to set up the Bedrock connection for using Claude via Bedrock. However, additional steps are required to ensure that it can work with TLS inspection.

[1] For macOS, an additional environment variable needs to be set to point to an SSL bundle that contains your SASE certificate:
launchctl setenv AWS_CA_BUNDLE "/Path/to/CA_Bundle_with_SASE_Cert.pem"
